In general, services are priced at $600 per hour of average table time (regardless of if the procedure takes longer than average).  This includes travel, instrumentation, suture, etc.  For example, a perineal urethrostomy is charged at $600, while a large skin tumor with primary closure is typically $300.  For atypical cases, pricing will be determined after consultation and evaluation of the patient.
